The Sampson County History Museum is a historical museum free to the public. The museum displays historical artifacts spanning two hundred years with a concentration on Sampson County people and culture. We house ten structures on site as well as a 1916 Portable Convict car and 1941 fire truck. The buildings range from country store, military, civil war, law enforcement and a newly built structure blacksmith shop to a hand built log cabin crafted in 1750.
