Nuno-felted Scarf

Materials the students should bring: Apron or old shirt, large towel, bubble wrap 12" wide x 8 ft. long, large white plastic trash bag, scissors, 2-1/2 yds. narrow elastic cut in 3 equal lengths, large disposable aluminum roasting pan.
