Go Red For Women: Prevention of Sudden Cardiac Death in Women

As part of the national Go Red For Women campaign, Dr. Kevin Campbell of WHV-Wake Heart & Vascular will give his symposium on preventing sudden cardiac death in women to about 50 OB-GYNs.
Sudden cardiac death is the number one cause of death in women in the United States yet women are undertreated for the disease.
Go Red For Women is an effort to raise awareness of the issue.
Affiliated with UNC Health, WHV is the state’s largest independent cardiovascular practice.
