CONTRA-TIEMPO Urban Latin Dance-Theater

UNCW Artist in Residence CONTRA-TIEMPO is a Los Angeles-based contemporary Latin dance company which fuses Salsa, Afro-Cuban, West African and Hip-Hop to create an invigorating blend of physically intense & politically astute dance-theater. The company wraps up a 2 week residency in Wilmington with a final performance featuring three critically acclaimed works: "Against the Times"; "I Dream America"; and "Mundo Plastico".
