Wilmington Empty Bowls 2012 features a luncheon of homemade soups and breads, with each guest receiving a hand-crafted pottery bowl by local artists in return for their donations. Dine-in and takeout are available. For information about corporate sponsorships, call 910-793-9236. All proceeds benefit Good Shepherd Center and Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, local nonprofit organizations dedicated to providing meals and groceries to area residents in need.
